Your licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the software to build and publish affiliate review and pre-sell pages. Pro Max adds a commercial licence so you may also build pages for paying clients.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything published from your account. One person per account; sharing logins is not permitted.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful, adult or deceptive content.
• No spam, scraped content passed off as your own, or fake income claims.
• No attempts to break, resell or reverse engineer the software.

You must follow the rules of any affiliate network you promote through, including ClickBank, JVZoo and WarriorPlus, and the advertising rules of any traffic source you use.

Content you create

You own the pages you publish. You give us permission to host and serve them. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service online but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent allowed by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
