The guarantee

If Affiliate Site Magic™ is not for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we refund every cent you paid. You do not have to explain yourself.

How to claim

Email us from the address you bought with and include your order number or the email on the receipt. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

Upgrades

The same 30-day guarantee applies to Pro and Pro Max upgrades. You can refund an upgrade and keep your main licence.

What happens to your sites

Published sites stay live for 7 days after a refund so you have time to move anything you want to keep, then the account is closed.

Abuse

We may decline refunds where there is clear abuse, such as repeat buy-and-refund behaviour or breaking our terms of service.
